BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board recognized Page Elementary Secretary Melanie Nystrom Monday with the monthly ‘DORS Award. ‘DORS stands for Dedicated, Outstanding and Respected Service to staff, students and parents of the Boone School District. Nystrom is the School Secretary at Page Elementary, but Autumn Seiler, Principal and Page and Lincoln said she’s much more than a School Secretary. Seiler and Page Elementary Staff nominated Nystrom for the recognition.
