
The Ogden Bulldogs boys’ wrestling team crowned 2 champions and finished 5th overall Saturday, December 6, at the Doug Wood Invitational hosted by Manson-Northwest Webster High School.
Kinnick Munson (138) dominated his bracket, winning both matches by technical fall.
Munson outscored his opponents 34-1 across two bouts, including a 19-1 win in the finals.
Ryder Eklund (132) also claimed gold, recording a pin in the quarterfinals, a 16-0 tech fall in the semifinals, and a 13-10 decision in the championship match.
Dillon Moe (150) finished runner-up, earning two pins before falling in the finals.
Riley Saunders (120) and Cooper Long (126) each placed third, winning three matches by fall and bouncing back after semifinal losses.
Isaac Dominick (144) and Lucas Pelleymounter (157) also earned third-place finishes, combining for multiple pins and a major decision win.
Landon Alexander (165) placed sixth, highlighted by a first-period pin in the quarterfinals.
