The Ogden boys’ cross country team placed 4th at the Class 1A State Cross Country Meet on Saturday, Nov. 2, in Fort Dodge.
Lake Mills won the meet with 88 points, and Ankeny Christian Academy was 2nd with 132 points.
Woodbine placed 3rd with 144 points, and Odgen was 4th with 152 points.
Jude Benbow placed 22nd with a time of 16:49.1
The next three Bulldogs all ran personal records at state.
Myles Tromblay was 42nd in 17:22.1, Caden Lerdal was 56th in 17:30.3 and Thomas Bergstrom was 65th in 17:36.4.
Rounding out the scoring for Ogden was Brady Van Sickle who finished 70th in 17:42.1.
Landon Abbott and Palmer Hickingbottom also ran at the state meet for Ogden.
