Ogden Bulldogs wrap up football season

The Ogden Bulldogs wrapped up their 2025 football season in a Class 1A first-round playoff loss October 24 at Treynor.  

Ogden fell 49-7 on the road, closing the year with an overall record of 4-5 and a 2-3 district mark, finishing fourth in the district standings. 

Playoff Game Highlights 

Against Treynor, senior running back Cayden Dudley carried the load for Ogden, rushing 36 times for 120 yards and one touchdown. 

Ryder Eklund added 11 carries for 23 yards and anchored the defense with 9 tackles, while Landon Alexander contributed 6.5 tackles.  

Dudley and Carson Muggenberg chipped in 4.5 tackles each, and Zachary Crossman made his presence felt with 2 tackles, including one for loss and a sack. 

Season Recap: Offensive Leaders 

This season, the Bulldogs’ offense was powered by Dudley, who finished the season with 826 rushing yards on 163 attempts and 13 touchdowns. 

 At quarterback, CeJay Jones completed 75 of 151 passes for 643 yards and 3 touchdowns, while Carson Lloyd added 27 completions for 643 yards and 4 touchdowns. 

Weston Sundell led receivers with 32 catches for 361 yards and 4 touchdowns, followed by Treyton Mitchell with 13 receptions for 289 yards and 2 scores.  

Dudley also contributed 6 receptions for 107 yards and a touchdown. 

Season Recap: Defensive Standouts 

Landon Alexander led the team with 78.5 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, 6 sacks, and a fumble recovery.  

Muggenberg added 52 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, and 9 sacks, while Dudley posted 43.5 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 8 sacks. 

Other key contributors included Ryder Eklund (46 tackles, 2 tackles for loss), Dillon Moe (41.5 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks), and Keagan Ristvedt and Eklund, who each recorded 2 interceptions.  

Dudley and Dillon Keller recovered two fumbles apiece.
