
The Ogden Bulldogs basketball teams lost to Adair–Casey/Guthrie Center on Tuesday, January 20, in a West Central Activities Conference girl/boy doubleheader.
ACGC took the girls contest, 80–27, and the boys’ game, 55–39.
Girls game
For the girls, Paysen Graden led the Bulldogs with 7 points, shooting 2-of-5 from the field and 3-of-7 from the free‑throw line and added an assist .
Dakota Jones scored 6 points, all from the free‑throw line (6-of‑11).
She also contributed 3 rebounds, 2 steals and an assist.
Lauren Mathews finished with 5 points on 2-of‑3 shooting, including a made three.
She paced the team on the boards with 5 rebounds, adding 2 steals and a block.
Layla Wells led the team with 2 assists, while junior Alena Wilson added an assist without a turnover.
The Ogden girls fall to 1-15 overall and 0-10 in the conference, while ACGC improves to 11-3 overall and 7-2 in conference play.
Boys game
In the boys’ game, Brayden Miller finished with 15 points on 6-of‑12 shooting, including a three-pointer.
He added 5 rebounds, 3 offensive boards, and knocked down both of his free throws.
Jordan Benjamin added 7 points (3-of‑6 FG, 1-of‑2 from deep) while matching Miller with 5 rebounds and a block.
Kobe Current chipped in 6 points and 5 rebounds, while also recording 4 assists to just 3 turnovers.
Zachary Crosman contributed 6 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 assists without a turnover.
The Ogden boys fall to 4–12 overall and 1–9 in the WCAC, while ACGC improves to 5–8 overall and 3–6 in conference play.
The Bulldogs return to action on Friday, January 23, traveling to Woodward‑Granger for another conference doubleheader.
The girls tip at 6:15 p.m. with the boys to follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.
