Ogden Girls Basketball Coach Ben Van Wyk resigned as Head Coach on Tuesday. Coach Van Wyk offered these comments.
“There rarely feels like a ‘right’ time to make this decision. There will always be a junior class you want to see through their senior year, and underclassmen you want to continue to help develop and improve. I’m grateful for the relationships that were formed and the buy-in we got from the girls over the last 3 years, from current and former players. Ultimately this decision comes down to prioritizing my time to my family and my role as AD.”
