
The Ogden girls track and field team competed Tuesday, April 14, at the Madrid Invitational, finishing sixth overall with 48 points.
Boone and Roland‑Story shared the team championship, both scoring 121 points.
The Bulldogs saw success in relay competition.
The 4×200‑meter relay team of Aubrey Leonard, Sophie Seligman, Trinity Stoneburner, and Wilson placed second with a time of 1:54.65.
Ogden had a third-place finish in the shuttle hurdle relay, as Leonard, Benjamin, Paysen Graden, and Wilson combined for a time of 1:11.91.
Ogden’s 4×800 team of Seligman, Stoneburner, Elyse Fisher, and Dakota Jones finished third with a time of 11:04.31.
In the field events, Madysen Benjamin earned a third‑place finish in the high jump, clearing 4 feet, 8 inches, while Alena Wilson placed fourth in the long jump with a leap of 15‑02.
In the discus, Gretta Gannon added a fifth‑place throw of 82‑03.
Grace Christensen placed fourth in the 100‑meter dash with a time of 14.22 seconds.

Ogden will return to action this afternoon, as the Bulldogs have the opportunity to compete on their home track as they are scheduled to host a girls meet this afternoon.
