Public Safety Threats
- Jan. 13, 7:49AM — Officer received a report of a check that had been unlawfully modified or counterfeited. Investigation ongoing.
- Jan. 13, 5:52PM — Officer responded to a harassment complaint in the 600 block of E Oak St. The reporting party declined charges but requested the matter be addressed.
- Jan. 14, 10:38PM — Officer and deputies assisted a transportation agency after a passenger became unruly and combative. No charges were filed, and the situation was resolved on scene.
- Jan. 16, 7:31PM — Officer responded to a fire alarm in the 500 block of N 1st St. No criminal activity reported.
- Jan. 18, 1:00PM — Deputies assisted a juvenile in the 300 block of N 1st St. experiencing a mental health crisis. The child was transported to Boone County Hospital for evaluation due to safety concerns.
