The Ogden boys’ wrestling team finished 5th and scored 122 points at a tournament held at Manson-Northwest Webster on Saturday, December 7.
Alta-Aurelia won the meet with 252.5 points.
Isaac Dominick placed 2nd at 132 pounds. He won by decision over Coltley Timmerman of South Central Calhoun and won by fall over Andrew Peterson of Marcus-Meridan-Cleighhorn/Remsen Union. In the 1st place match, he lost to Declan Munro of Woodbury Central.
Ryder Eklund placed 2nd at 126 pounds. He won by fall over Raiden Bradley of Ridge View and Evan Brockman of East Sac County. In the 1st place match, he lost to Lincoln Linden of Woodbury Central.
Roman Stotts placed 3rd at 215 pounds. He won by major decision over Gaige Willis of South Hamilton and won by fall over Thaide Landolt of West Bend-Mallard. He lost by fall to Hendrick Puuraid of Manson Webster and one by call over Willis in the consolation semifinals. He won by fall over Trevor Diischer of Alta-Aurelia in the 3rd place match.
Brody Hitsman placed 4th at 120 pounds. He won by fall over Emmett Hemer of East Sac County and lost by fall over Brayden Werneburg of South Central Calhoun. He then won in the consolation semifinals over Jacob Lutjen of South Hamilton and lost in the 3rd place match to Eli Schoon of Manson-Northwest Manson.
Lucas Pelleymounter placed 4th at 144 pounds. He lost to Lakin Leekly of Woodbury Central and received a bye. He then won by fall in the consolation semifinals to Colling Kenebeck of South Central Calhoun and lost in the 3rd place match to Jacob Erpelding of Alta-Aurelia.
In addition, Riley Saunders placed 6th at 113 pounds, Dillon Moe placed 5th at 150 pounds, Tristan Mosley placed 6th at 165 pounds, Sylus Rude placed 5th at 175 pounds, Jacob Crossman placed 5th at 190 pounds, and Walker Hull competed at 285 pounds.

The Bulldogs head to Woodward at 5:30 p.m. tonight to face Woodward-Granger, Perry, and Colfax-Mingo.
