Ondrea Elmquist, Boone City Administrator, talks about the heavy rains and some of the street flooding issues being dealt with. She also talked about the impact the storm water has on the City’s Waste Water Treatment Plant. Elmquist also talked about Waster Water and Water Treatment Plant projects that are still moving forward, noting that many were planned before Daisy selected to locate in Boone.
