Ondrea Elmquist, Boone City Administrator, talks about wrapping up the fiscal year and getting ready to move forward with projects planned for the new fiscal year, begins next Tuesday. She says some projects overlap the fiscal year, like work being done at the both the Water Works and the Water Environment Station. The city started infrastructure improvements at both plants in the past year and are expected to be completed in the new fiscal year. She said additional improvements tied to the Daisy Project are already getting underway.
