BOONE, Iowa—Boone County tests outdoor warning sirens on the first Monday of the month. This month, due to the Labor Day holiday, the test will be delayed one week to September 14th at 1:00 P.M., weather permitting. Tests are conducted through the Boone County Communications Center.
