BOONE, Iowa—Boone Public Works has announced a couple of projects that will lead to street closures next week. Sewer repair work will be conducted on in the 1600 Block of 5th Street. The work is expected to take a few days to complete and the street could be closed Monday, October 15th to Wednesday, October 17th.
As expected, Public Works has scheduled a street repair project for Park Avenue from South Story Street to Frances Mason Drive. The street will be closed for resurfacing beginning Monday, October 15th at 7:00 a.m. and is scheduled to be closed until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd.
