BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for Raymond Stumbo, 77, of Boone, Iowa. He passed away March 20, 2023 with his family by his side. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Water’s Edge Community Church in Ogden, Iowa. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Bluff Creek Cemetery.
