BOONE, Iowa—The Salvation Army, Boone Corps will be conducting it’s Christmas Distribution on Friday. This year, it will be drive thru distribution for qualified families. To facilitate the distribution, 5th Street will be closed between Tama and Benton Streets from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. If that portion of 5th Street is part of your commute, please use an alternative route.
