BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board took time Monday evening to recognize another staff member with a ‘DORS Award. The ‘DORS Award is a program in the Boone Community School District that recognizes individuals for Dedicated, Outstanding and Respected Service. This month that recognition goes to Richenda Sebring, an Associate the works in the Franklin School. She was nominated by Wendy Swanson because of the extra effort she put forth in working one on one with a student.
