Public Safety Threats (Scams, Weapons, Disturbances)
- Dec. 22, 10:26 AM – 1300 block Montana Rd. – Suspicious activity reported. Handled by Deputy Spencer.
- Dec. 23, 7:21 AM – 600 block 130th St. – Suspicious activity reported. Handled by Deputy Benjamin.
- Dec. 28, 12:19 AM – 1500 block SE Marshall St. – Jackson Pohren, 26, Early arrested for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Grooming, Enticing a Minor, and Dissemination/Exhibition of Obscene Material to a Minor. Booked into Boone County Jail.
Nature of Incidents Reported
This reporting period included three arrests: one OWI arrest, one warrant arrest, and one major arrest involving sexual exploitation of a minor. Deputies also responded to domestic disturbances, trespassing, theft, and multiple reckless‑driving complaints. Numerous accidents, ditch calls, disabled vehicles, and medical or fire assists were handled but did not involve criminal charges.
