7:03 PM Deputy Braunschweig took a report of reckless driving at 216th Dr. and J Ave.
10:13 PM Sergeant McCrea assisted with a fire call in the 1800 block of 270th St.
11:10 PM Deputy Hilsabeck took a report of a disabled vehicle in the 1400 block of 22nd St.

9:54 PM Deputy Braunschweig arrested Freddy Mendez, age 42 of Fort Dodge, in the 500 block of D Ave. for possession of a controlled substance first offense and no valid drivers license. Mendez was booked into the Boone County Jail.

11:21 PM Deputy Hilsabeck arrested Isaiah Knight, age 19 of Ames, at 230th St. and S. Story St. for driving while license suspended. Knight was issued a citation and released on his promise to appear.
