DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has issued a Tornado Watch that includes much of Iowa, including Boone County. The watch is in effect until 3:00 a.m. Already Tornado Warnings have been frequent along the line of storms moving to the east.
