BOONE, Iowa—Presented by Fareway Meat and Grocery! Central Iowa Expo is excited to announce a new outdoor LIVE concert event coming to Boone, Iowa! Headlining is a singer with a 25-year career in country music who has sold over 11 MILLION albums, charted over 20 singles, earned numerous awards and GRAMMY nominations, and garnered over TWO BILLION streams. Trace Adkins has been a Grand Ole Opry member for nearly two decades and is known for his dynamic baritone, fiery, and always-memorable live performances; he has even expanded his country career to include film and TV acting.
Opening for Adkins is Walker Montgomery, who has been chosen as an Artist to Watch by Country Now, Music Mayhem Magazine, Sounds Like Nashville, and The Boot. The Country Next pick by Country Now is a rising singer/songwriter who knows a thing or two about family tradition, but he’s an artist making his own legacy. The 21-year-old son of John Michael Montgomery and nephew of Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery pedigree is matched only by his country passion.
