BOONE, Iowa—Boone County Sheriff Gregg Elsberry has reported that the Boone County Communications Center received a call Monday morning approximately at 10:06 reporting a man pinned under a tractor in the 500-block of Juniper Road. Elsberry says that 73 year old Kenneth Arnold was attempting to pull a tree that had been cut down out a timbered area with a tractor. The tractor flipped upside down, trapping Arnold underneath. Elsberry reports that Arnold was pronounced dead at the scene.
