BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Chamber welcomes Victoria Helling as Executive Director. In her role, Victoria will oversee daily operations of the Chamber, develop and implement initiatives and programming that increase membership value and visibility, and collaborate with local organizations to strengthen the Boone County Business Community.
Victoria is a Business Owner and Former Attorney with extensive experience in Management, Community Leadership, and Operations.
Victoria practiced Commercial Litigation in Texas for 10 years. During that time, she also launched her own Retail Clothing & Personal Styling Business. She grew her business to a full-time operation and left her Law Practice in 2020. She has partnered with local Boone & Ogden Businesses and Organizations to provide unique in-person Shopping experiences and educational programs. Victoria is heavily involved in her local Community and currently serves on the Boxholm City Council.
The appointment of Victoria as Executive Director provides a strategic opportunity for the Boone County Chamber of Commerce to advance its mission of promoting economic growth, supporting local businesses, and enhancing community engagement through innovative leadership and collaborative initiatives. Victoria will help position the Chamber as a leading advocate for Boone County’s Business Community. She officially begins on Friday, March 6th.
