DES MOINES, Iowa—Much of the state is dealing with a Winter Weather Advisory until mid-morning due to icy conditions. Plan on slippery roads, bridge and sidewalks this morning. Multiple accidents have been reported and several delays for schools are in place this morning.
After today, the focus will turn to the incoming winter storm. The Des Moines Weather Service has now released some of the early expectations:
