DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information concerning hazardous weather affecting Iowa. Overnight there’s a High Wind Warning and Wind Advisory; to the north a Winter Storm Watch. Strong winds 50-60+ mph are expected across much of Iowa; heavy, blowing snow across northern Iowa. High Wind Warning 10pm tonight til 10am Friday; Winter Storm Watch 10pm Saturday to 9am Monday.
