DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information for the potential severe weather expected today (Thursday). Strong to severe storms with damaging winds and large hail are the main threats expected to occur mainly along and north of Highway 30 in western and central Iowa between 7:00 p.m. this evening until 2:00 a.m. early Friday morning.
