DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has released an updated briefing concerning the following hazardous winter weather conditions. There will be strong winds, blowing snow, and travel impacts occurring across most of Iowa, with the most significant impacts in the north and northwest. This will take place tonight into Wednesday morning.
