DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service office in Des Moines has provided updated information about the potential hazardous winter weather expected to pass through the state overnight into Thursday. The track now appears to be shifting more to the east. The potential precipitation is expected to range from rain to a rain snow mix to measurable snowfall.
