BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Attorney Matt Speers continues to make available updates on court cases handled by his office. This past week, they handled a case that involved one of four people arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and conspiracy associated with an incident in Boone in January. The victim had been beaten, robbed, bound and dumped on a road in rural Boone county. A Boone County jury found 23-year-old Juan Anthony Davila Moore guilty on all counts.
