BOONE, Iowa—Boone Mayor John Slight has signed the proclamation recognizing the participation in the National Wreaths Across America program in Boone. Wreaths Across America will be held December 15th and locally, organizers have increased the number of wreaths that will be displayed in cemeteries over the those displayed just last year.
