BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 96 year old LaVerne Leininger of Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 712 12th Street, Boone, Iowa. The Reverend Lindsay Watkins will be officiating. Interment will be held at the Mineral Ridge Cemetery near Ridgeport, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home at 609 7th Street, Boone on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church at 712 12th Street in Boone.
