BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 98-year old John A. Munson Jr., of Boone, Iowa.  The Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, Boone, Iowa.  The Church is handicap accessible from the west side of the building.  Burial will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery with Military Rites at 2:00 p.m.

Visitation will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Boone, Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church, 703 Greene Street, Boone, Iowa  50036 or the Iowa 4-H Foundation, (Attn: Boone Count 4-H) %Boone County Extension, 1327 Southeast Marshall, Boone, Iowa  50036 in memory of John.
