BOONE, IA – Power to at least 750 customers in our area was lost in the 11am hour of Friday morning. KWBG’s transmitter, along with several other businesses, is among those impacted. According to Alliant Energy, it is hoped that power will be restored by 2pm on Friday. KWBG hopes to be up and running soon after.
