BOONE, Iowa—Cynthia Oppedal Paschen is the apparent winner in the Democratic Primary Election for State Senate District 24. Paschen leads Kieth D. Puntenney 3,071 to 1,501 in the unofficial results released for Tuesday’s Democratic Primary. Election results will be finalized in the next week.
