BOONE, Iowa—The Annual Spring Omelet Breakfast returns Thursday morning to the Boone County Fair Grounds, raising money for 4-H and FFA Scholarships. This year it’s back to dining in or opting for the drive thru or pick up. Proceeds have supported 4-H and FFA scholarships for many years. Serving will be from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Tickets will be available at the door, $13.00 for your omelet, roll, juice, milk or coffee.
