A plan to sell a parcel of property was pushed back when a second bid was received for the property. Stines said the council will accept sealed bids then hold a second public hearing for the sale of the property. He also talked about a deer survey done by the police department with their drone. The deer count was 81 confirmed deer, south of first street between South Marion Street and South Marshall. Stine says they will continue to investigate with the DNR options to control herd population in the city.
