The Ogden baseball team put together a great performance Tuesday, June 10, cruising to a 13-1 victory over Panorama in a West Central Conference matchup in Panora.

Ogden wasted no time setting the tone, scoring three runs in the top of the first and seven more in the second.

The Bulldogs added two in the third and one more in the fourth to cap off the dominant win.

Colson Carson belted a home run among his two hits, tallying four RBIs and a stolen base.

Brody Burdette led the offensive charge with three hits, including a double, while driving in three runs, scoring once, and swiping a base.

Tanner Rohe chipped in with two hits, two RBIs, and two runs scored.

Bek Anderson also had two hits, while Christian Thede drove in two runs with a hit.

Thomas Bergstrom and Treyton Mitchell each added a hit to round out Ogden’s 12-hit attack.

Carson was just as effective on the mound as he was at the plate, earning the win with five strikeouts in a strong start.

The win improves Ogden’s record to 4-11 overall and 2-7 in conference play.

Panorama falls to 2-7 and 1-6 in the West Central Conference.

Ogden will look to keep the momentum going when they travel to Earlham (4-7, 3-4) for a conference doubleheader Thursday beginning at 5 p.m.
