- Brenda Lynne Flugstad, 59, Boone – Pled guilty to Theft 2nd (Class D Felony). Received a deferred judgment, probation, and civil penalties. Case investigated by Boone Police.
- Benjamin Richard Whitver, 43, Boone – Pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana (Class D Felony). Deferred judgment with probation, substance abuse evaluation, and civil penalties. Case investigated by Boone Police.
- Shane Edward Steinlicht, 50, Boone – Pled guilty to Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations Causing Bodily Injury (Aggravated Misdemeanor).
