City Administrator Ondrea Elmquist talks about city operations for the calendar year and also the Fiscal Year that began on July 1st. Most recently work has focused on budget work for Fiscal Year 27. She says the council will addressing many of those choices over the next couple of weeks in January. Over the last several years, preliminary budget work has been completed before the end of January.
