
The Ogden Bulldogs boys’ wresting team won its first dual by by criteria, 37-36, over Colfax-Mingo before losing its second dual to Iowa Valley Thursday, January 22, at Colfax.
Ogden 37, Colfax‑Mingo 36 (Criteria: First Points 6–4)
The opening dual came down to the smallest possible margin, as Ogden and Colfax‑Mingo finished tied at 36–36.
The Bulldogs earned the victory on tiebreaker criteria, winning on first points, 6–4.
Dillon Moe (150) pinned his opponent in 1:37, and Landon Alexander (165) secured a fall in 1:04.
Iowa Valley 61, Ogden 18
In the second dual of the evening, Ogden faced Iowa Valley where the Tigers earned a 61–18 win.
At 126 pounds, Cooper Long pinned his opponent in 1:47, and Kinnick Munson (138) pinned his opponent in just 1:03.

The Bulldogs will host 7 teams in the Ogden Individual Tournament beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 24, at Ogden High School.
