BOONE, Iowa—Boone Public Works has announced that the annual closure of non-paved alleys in the city limits will begin Monday, March 9th. The closure is for commercial vehicle traffic, including but not limited to garbage trucks, delivery trucks, and dump trucks. The closure of the non-paved alleys will continue until conditions improve.
