DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has updated information concerning extreme heat and humidity, and the severe storm potential expected late Monday. Dangerous heat will be found across much of Iowa, with a severe weather potential for northwest Iowa, Sunday afternoon through at least Tuesday evening.
