DES MOINES, Iowa—The National Weather Service Office in Des Moines has provided updated information concerning the following severe weather and hydrology concerns. Continuing multiple rounds of heavy rainfall will continue this week. Persistent heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding and eventually river flooding. The rain will impact much of central Iowa today through much of the week.
