John Roosa, Administrator, Boone County Landfill and Recycling, talks about recent impact the weather had on operations, especially the lightning on Tuesday. He also talks about Free Yard Waste Days coming up, pointing out it might be free to bring yard waste to the landfill but it does cost to handle the material, especially if people put garbage and other materials in their yard waste. Aired Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

The Council and Rural Fire Board have extended the working arrangement to fund the Ogden Rural Fire Department with no change in the percentages to cover the costs.
