BOONE, Iowa—The City of Boone is updating its website and is seeking high-quality photographs that showcase places, events, parks, trails, historic landmarks, downtown district, natural scenery, and community spirit that make Boone a great place to live, work, and visit. We welcome images that capture the beauty, character, and unique qualities of our community throughout all seasons of the year.
Photo Requirements:
✅ High-resolution photographs (minimum size of 1920 x 1080 pixels, JPG or PNG)
✅ Clear, well-composed images suitable for website and promotional use
✅ Drone photographs are welcome and must comply with all applicable FAA regulations
To submit photos, please email your images to clerk@booneiowa.gov along with:
• Your name
• A brief description of the photo
• The location where the photo was taken (if known)
Please note that submission of a photo does not guarantee its use. The City reserves the right to select and use submitted images at its discretion.
Photo Submission Agreement: By submitting an image to the City of Boone, Iowa, you are consenting to the City’s use of the image for purposes including, but not limited to, use on the City’s website, social media platforms, advertising and promotional materials, and other City publications. You hereby waive any liability against the City and its employees or agents for approved use of the image.
