BOONE, Iowa—The DMACC Board of Trustees took time to recognize two coaches that reached milestones during their recent seasons. Plaques were presented to Des Moines Area Community College Head Volleyball Coach Patty Harrison and Head Women’s Basketball Coach Steve Krafcisin.
Harrison coached at Iowa Central Community College before coming to DMACC 14 years ago.
Krafcisin recorded his 300th DMACC win in a January 2019 victory over Iowa Lakes Community College. Krafcisin has been at DMACC for 14 years.
The presentation was made at the April board meeting held at the DMACC West Campus.
