Dr. Julie Trepa, Superintendent, Boone Community School District visits about the Boone School Board Meeting. The Board did accept a bid for a roofing project at Franklin Elementary. The bid, just under $580,000 was submitted by Central States Roofing from Ames and will begin in June. Trepa also talked about the agreement with the Boone Education Association and the Board’s approval for the District’s Budget Reduction Plan, expected to be just over $500,000.
