BOONE, Iowa—A Memorial Service for Florence “Punk” Neely, 98, of Boone, Iowa will be 4:00 pm Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home, 609 7th Street, Boone, IA. The family will greet friends from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, prior to the service at Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home. Burial will take place at a later date at Boone Memorial Gardens, Boone, IA. Memorials are suggested to the Boone Fire Fighters, Mary Greely Medical Center Foundation, Westhaven Chapel, or the charity of your choice.
She is survived by her son Rick (Karen) Neely of Ames, IA; daughter-in-law, Margie Neely of Ankeny, IA; sisters, Diane Kost of Ames, IA and Margaret Pfrimmer of Boone, IA; 7 grandchildren: Cory Neely, Cody Neely, Ross Neely, Eric Neely, Jennifer Cain, Melissa Vander Schaaf, and Amber Dunigan; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; other relatives; and many friends.
