BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements are being set for 88-year old Joe Caffrey of Boone, Iowa. He passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa. According to his wishes, his body has been cremated. The service will be planned for a later date in early spring.
