Ogden baseball falls to Perry at home

The Ogden baseball team fell to Perry ,12-0, at Ogden High School.

The Ogden baseball team fell to Perry ,12-0, at Ogden High School. 

Ogden managed just a handful of hits on the night with Brody Burdette, Keagan Ristvedt and Aidyn Fitzsimmons recording one hit each.

Hunter Mitchels led the pitching effort out of the bullpen, working four innings in relief while striking out six batters. 

The loss moves Ogden to 1-1 on the season, while Perry improves to 1-1. 

The Bulldogs will look to bounce back quickly as they travel to face Boone (2-0) at Memorial Park.  

Fans can catch that game live on KWBG FM 101.5 and AM 1590, with sports director Ryan Wendt providing the call.
