Ogden boys end season at East Marshall

The Ogden boys’ basketball team ended with an 86-56 loss at East Marshall in the first round of district play Monday, February 17.

The Ogden boys’ basketball team ended with an 86-56 loss at East Marshall in the first round of district play Monday, February 17. 

Jase Coleman led the Bulldogs with 18 points on 7 field goals, 1 3-pointer and 3 free throws. 

Brayden Miller had 14 points on 5 field goals and 4 free throws, while Jordan Benjamin had 8 points on 3 field goals and 2 3-pointers. 

Tanner Rohe had 2 assists. 

For the Ogden defense, Miller grabbed 6 rebounds and 2 steals. 

Coleman had 5 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal and Rohe had 4 rebounds, 2 blocks and 2 steals. 

The Bulldogs end their season 8-14. 

For the season, Miller led scoring with 301 points followed by Coleman with 246 and Brady Van Sickle with 157. 

Rohe had 43 assists while Van Sickle recorded 41 and Coleman had 40. 

Rohe led the team in rebounds with 105 as Coleman and Miller had 78 each.
